What we store

If you subscribe by email we store the address, the confirmation date (double opt-in) and a token to manage or cancel the subscription. If you enable Web Push we store the browser endpoint and the public Push keys. If you connect Slack we store the Incoming Webhook URL. If you use Telegram we store the chat id the bot sends after /start. In every case we link those channels to the products you choose (Web, app, API and/or firmware).

What we use them for

Only to send you alerts when we publish an update for a product you follow. We do not sell data, we do not run behavioural ads and we do not share channels with third parties except the operators needed to send the message (Google Workspace or AWS SES SMTP, the browser Web Push service, Slack or Telegram).

Retention and rights

We keep the channel while the subscription is active. You can leave at any time with the link in each email or by writing to info@orbis.es. You can also request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection at the same address. If you believe processing does not comply with the law, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
